The calendar is subject to change as the season progresses!
Every other Tuesday we meet at the Rapha London Clubhouse at 7am for bag drop. After this, we head over as a group to Regent’s Park for some chatty laps, at around 25km/h, around the park. Then it’s heading back to Rapha London for coffee and a bun!
Every other Thursday it’s time to get a wiggle on! This is where Speedy Steezy comes in, meeting at 6:45am at Queen Mary’s Garden Gate of Regent’s Park. These laps will be a push, something to make you sweat in the morning, but at the end we will all regroup at the South East corner and head to Rapha London for coffee and chat before work!
